Chuck Yanikoski, President, incorporated Still River in 1999 as the successor to a
retirement planning software enterprise he founded in 1994. Prior to launching Still
River, Chuck was Vice President at American Financial Systems, Inc. (AFS) of Weston, MA.
While at AFS, Chuck served as product manager for the 403(b) Contribution Planner®,
which he designed and developed. When Chuck left AFS in 1999, Still River acquired the
rights to the 403(b) Contribution Planner®. Under his direction, Still River has developed
the RetirementWorks® desktop software system and RetirementWorks® for the Web, an extensive
suite of retirement planning calculators.

Before joining AFS, Chuck spent 18 years at New England Life, where he held positions in customer service,
corporate research and planning, investment finance, and individual product marketing. In his last position
he was responsible for promoting proper use of annuities, insurance and mutual funds as retirement planning vehicles.

Chuck is a product of Harvard College and the University of Chicago Divinity School, and has been a Chartered Life
Underwriter since 1980.

Barbara Allis, Vice President, joined Still River in May, 2000. Barbara was with
AFS for 13 years, having joined AFS at its inception in 1986. At AFS she was Vice President of Administration,
HR and Finance, Controller, and Chief Communications Officer. After leaving AFS, Barbara was Chief Operating Officer
of Glow Dog, Inc., a manufacturer and provider (through internet, catalog and retail outlets) of reflective safety
apparel for pets and their owners. Barbara's responsibilities at Still River include administration/operations,
finance, human resources, marketing, and quality assurance. Barbara has a B.A. from Connecticut College and did
post-graduate study at St. Francis College, Tokyo, Japan, and at Bentley College in Waltham, MA.

John Bradford, Programmer/Developer, also hails from AFS where he worked for
Chuck as programmer/analyst for the 403(b) Contribution Planner®. Prior to joining Still River, John
held programming positions at Sapient, Inc., a Cambridge, MA, web development company
and MassTrace, Inc., Woburn, MA, a biotech startup. John is currently focusing
his skills on Still River's web-based applications, both for the Still River web
site (for which he serves as programmer and systems administrator) and for those of Still River's client companies.
John is a graduate of Bates College and completed a post graduate course of study at Worcester Polytech Institute.
